So thank you to everyone still following & commenting after all this time! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">I recently did a crazy Stella and Dot jewellery haul and thought that I'd show you everything over a series of posts! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">The first being the gorgeous Suzanne Cocktail Ring; </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjp58AAeH-lnMn7wT7LacCCOsrTX7_qd-PSm7XMMtZTvRxhcaXTBhRfQmXjLxIQiR0ivo7daFSpkWw8k5T-yvLeRoE1OFA71jTEK4gnFKvbmvB1uWOeMX09DKcq8IRB03ZV6o7RF_YQT1P/s640/blogger-image--290642346.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjp58AAeH-lnMn7wT7LacCCOsrTX7_qd-PSm7XMMtZTvRxhcaXTBhRfQmXjLxIQiR0ivo7daFSpkWw8k5T-yvLeRoE1OFA71jTEK4gnFKvbmvB1uWOeMX09DKcq8IRB03ZV6o7RF_YQT1P/s640/blogger-image--290642346.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">As you can see its such a pretty eye catching ring! Priced at £32 it's not exactly the cheapest of costume rings however its a very classic looking style and is of brilliant quality. I like the subtlety of this ring whilst its still got a pop of colour (colour being something I'm beginning to love more and more). Another thing to mention is the sizing, the size variety is brilliant catering to all, something I don't find often - a lot of the time I struggle to find rings to fit my little fingers. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">Only a short post but wanted to share this pretty ring with you all and get back into blogging! </div><br></div>Summer Lorenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01807502464606676675noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2832395021594202757.post-44869088248145296782012-05-20T03:01:00.001-07:002012-05-20T03:01:34.481-07:00Your shoes are from Primark?!!<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Now, anyone who knows me realises that whenever I'm sad I buy myself cheering up presents in the form of shoes or lipstick - nothing else ever quite cuts it. Imagine my surprise when I found these beauties in Primark! I normally buy ballet pumps from Primark but never ventured into heels, these were my first purchase for an amazing £16!<br />
The pictures actually capture quite well the gorgeous champagne colour of the glitter. Now, I know these shoes probably wont last forever and in no time the glitter will undoubtedly start falling off but for £16 it doesn't matter that they wont last for life! These certainly don't look the price I paid for them.<br />
I've only worn these shoes once and I wore them with jeans (pictured above) a simple white vest top, Alexander McQueen scull scarf and a leather jacket - they really livened up an otherwise dull outfit.<br />
<br />
I'm so happy with my little bargain! I know these wont be to everyone's taste but as a bit of a glitter addict these are perfect for me!Summer Lorenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01807502464606676675noreply@blogger.com18tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2832395021594202757.post-20857092653055455562012-05-01T15:47:00.000-07:002012-05-01T15:47:27.891-07:00All that glitters...I bought a MAC 15 pan eye shadow palette a while back intended on building the perfect palette however after the initial excitement worn off I found that I never even reached for my MAC palette never mind came anywhere close to filling it! I'm going to do a series of posts over the next couple of weeks focusing on the MAC shadows hopefully resulting in me being reminded of how pretty they are and actually getting some use out of them! I still aim to fill my palette and it has been a while since my last MAC haul...<br />

This is probably one of the most famous shadows by MAC, it's an extremely popular choice for many MAC lovers. I can completely see why as well, it's a beautiful shadow and a firm favourite of many beauty bloggers, most notably youtuber <a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/AllThatGlitters21">Allthatglitters21</a>.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

This as you can see is a beautiful peachy champagne colour with brilliant pigmentation. It's an extremely versatile shadow too and can be used as a highlight or even just on its own for a pretty wash of colour.<br />
<br />
Whilst I love this shadow I think I'll be getting rid of my MAC palette and investing in another one for my shadows as the magnets holding the shadows in place are extremely weak and this shadow along with another is now shattered (and only just about usable) because it's fallen out of the palette :( Has anybody else had this problem?Summer Lorenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01807502464606676675noreply@blogger.com10tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2832395021594202757.post-85408591830273120242012-04-23T15:42:00.000-07:002012-04-23T15:42:22.811-07:00Bourjois Paris Intense Extait Shade 3<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

I bought this shadow in a little <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.co.uk/2012/01/mini-bourjois-haul.html">haul</a> I did not too long ago and despite loving the other products which I bought this shadow was the main reason why I decided to buy anything at all! I saw this shadow in <a href="http://www.boots.com/">Boots</a> and spent a couple of weeks pining after it because it's really so beautiful. It took a while to buy however, as it's a pink - a colour I wouldn't normally wear on my eyes so I was unsure whether to bite the bullet and pick this up. I'm so glad I did, it's a beautiful shade which when applied to eyes is a very sheer wash of pink. It's actually more glitter than anything - I know, I know not for everyone but it's so gorgeous I love it!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUeOEnSDwKQjBagZodDVbuwH0S2bvEHT1EaJ28qfTLvhM6xQxBU5hsKh5c9E5oNVKE4zNX0Zz8x6pURNpViVKm4G0Y5fUddWIswBcIyZxdWibnl4ur4evh1PhJAI25EF2oLO2S74qiUI29/s1600/IMG_0314.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUeOEnSDwKQjBagZodDVbuwH0S2bvEHT1EaJ28qfTLvhM6xQxBU5hsKh5c9E5oNVKE4zNX0Zz8x6pURNpViVKm4G0Y5fUddWIswBcIyZxdWibnl4ur4evh1PhJAI25EF2oLO2S74qiUI29/s640/IMG_0314.jpg" width="622" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As you can see from the swatch it's an extremely highly pigmented shadow - however don't be put off it is a lot sheerer when applied. I'm excited to try out some other colours from the range hopefully they'll be as pigmented and pretty as this one!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
You can buy these shadows from <a href="http://www.boots.com/">Boots</a> and <a href="http://www.superdrug.com/">Superdrug</a> and are priced at £6.99 and are available in (as far as I know) 10 different shades. I have my eye on a couple and I'm hoping very much to catch another 3 for 2 deal!</div>

</ul><div>I had such a fun night and I'm so glad I finally got to take my new favourite shoes on an outing!</div>Summer Lorenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01807502464606676675noreply@blogger.com20tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2832395021594202757.post-49347911022470538422012-02-01T04:19:00.000-08:002012-02-01T04:19:10.842-08:00January FavouritesI've been so busy recently that January has literally just flown by! This month for me, personally, has been filled with stress and drama so if I'm honest I'm glad to see the back of it! Most of the products I've been using regularly this month as the same as usual but I've tried not to include products you've seen a million times before on my blog.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVT6aJJMfaA9Lk3fCTNDZS4VSPoxQ8o1AmTH8reDJvMfI35iHmNGwIhrxsNjRSOyKk9cZ1pYYix9804JOUpgfvhJUzzRtbtoTypLzZlbQpNAPe-beC2bDtdWNUilyhXPqxKzRffG0M0AaT/s1600/SAM_2288.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="634" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVT6aJJMfaA9Lk3fCTNDZS4VSPoxQ8o1AmTH8reDJvMfI35iHmNGwIhrxsNjRSOyKk9cZ1pYYix9804JOUpgfvhJUzzRtbtoTypLzZlbQpNAPe-beC2bDtdWNUilyhXPqxKzRffG0M0AaT/s640/SAM_2288.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>First on the list is my Piz Buin Lotion + Colour Dial fake tan, which I picked up for the bargain price of £3.99 in Quality Save I'm really regretting not stocking up on this fake tan as mine is nearing an end and I can't find it anywhere else for such a low price! (I thought I'd include a picture of my minging fake tan mitt). I love how this fake tan give such a lovely natural colour, as you can see I use it on the darkest colour so that I get a lovely colour after just one application. Please let me know if you'd like a review of this product!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjsTyQnVoGWnCCRghCOSe5FIn7dtTnR7cJNYZ8FbZiv3jp40WHrgQYkQXsDnV-8ayPYaVQ2l7S0k68qEh4y3jOQUkobbI5tBRgxla22MnMu9QZvtKy6yXvPrbIK2yQQot-DUtZ6YThQztf/s1600/SAM_2291.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="594" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjsTyQnVoGWnCCRghCOSe5FIn7dtTnR7cJNYZ8FbZiv3jp40WHrgQYkQXsDnV-8ayPYaVQ2l7S0k68qEh4y3jOQUkobbI5tBRgxla22MnMu9QZvtKy6yXvPrbIK2yQQot-DUtZ6YThQztf/s640/SAM_2291.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>I've pretty much been using the same cheek products every day this month! I've been using <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/07/mac-semi-precious-collection-msf.html">MAC's L/E Crystal Pink MSF</a> as a highlight (it makes a beautiful highlight when I'm going for a more bronzed look). As for a blush I've been alternating between <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/06/mac-mineralize-blush-cheek-and-cheerful.html">MAC's Cheek and Cheerful L/E Mineralize Blush</a> and Maybelline's Dream Touch Blush in Shade 2 a pretty peach shade.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJBtWli4Czn7WtsIzUDNBCZUOBpHgQmAycP1RPLjuNumgmJGB_sXIwt9UdvMB9h6trdgqi5I_7rGs79Q7uIa0zDXtZSggVaBlFktJSFuvQs_J0U1BPmtfuPeb8-yjUBuK8fHoTnMnt5BER/s1600/SAM_2292.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="576" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJBtWli4Czn7WtsIzUDNBCZUOBpHgQmAycP1RPLjuNumgmJGB_sXIwt9UdvMB9h6trdgqi5I_7rGs79Q7uIa0zDXtZSggVaBlFktJSFuvQs_J0U1BPmtfuPeb8-yjUBuK8fHoTnMnt5BER/s640/SAM_2292.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>Shock! <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/07/im-in-love-with-chanel-soleil-tan-de.html">Chanel's Bronze Universal</a> is my favourites...yet again! I use it in place of fake tan on my face and neck. I bought the Bourjois Delice de Soleil on a whim and I'm so glad I did, I love it! It's a really nice natural looking bronzer, as the can is only small I only use this on my face but you can use on your body too. I've be posting a review of this very soon.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjpu_-t_Vcy4nelKdaGin8Ycnvi-lGyRWt_krLChRIJwwzLM-0v53E_p12ds3SMr5BHHIX8nHlwqywy3Nnf_Lf9ddEii9QKqWn-w-1ImKFRo15OE5hBmQuGY2jT236MSKt9EM5YL62gw06P/s1600/SAM_2293.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="588" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjpu_-t_Vcy4nelKdaGin8Ycnvi-lGyRWt_krLChRIJwwzLM-0v53E_p12ds3SMr5BHHIX8nHlwqywy3Nnf_Lf9ddEii9QKqWn-w-1ImKFRo15OE5hBmQuGY2jT236MSKt9EM5YL62gw06P/s640/SAM_2293.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>I recently bought the Sigma Synthetic Kabuki Kit (which I love, I've taken pictures so a post will be up very soon!) and whilst I was initially using the infamous F80 for foundation I much prefer using the F84 Angled Top Kabuki for a flawless foundation application. The angled head makes it easy to blend foundation around the eye and nose areas. I'm in LOVE with this brush, it's great!<br />
<br />

I lusted after <i>Guerlain's Meteorites Perles</i> for months and months before finally treating myself. At around £35 it's definitely not the cheapest product I've bought but I just couldn't resist as it's such a pretty product.<br />

The shade I chose is <i>Teint Rose 01</i> which is used for brightening up your skin.<br />

These smell gorgeous as well, exactly like Parma Violet sweets. The smell is fairly strong in the pot however doesn't translate or linger when applied to the face. I like to use a fluffy powder brush to apply this product all over my face after applying foundation. The effect is incredibly pretty and gives a subtle healthy glow.<br />

<br />
Apologies for the quality of some of the images, these were taken (with flash) at night time...I've been wayy to busy during day time to take pictures recently :(<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiw7aBnGVuJblwjjDa_QevOnZ6Rs0-OXLbt0E91azMUOrByBdIPlHRIlNJFIWFbBDj88NqNlWw6V1K7K5jqPTgu6Ky4AAeQj19LAAk8foF_yTJnEAEYeI7N706ETUGcGG_mlDny1ROYFnYC/s1600/IMG_0294.CR2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiw7aBnGVuJblwjjDa_QevOnZ6Rs0-OXLbt0E91azMUOrByBdIPlHRIlNJFIWFbBDj88NqNlWw6V1K7K5jqPTgu6Ky4AAeQj19LAAk8foF_yTJnEAEYeI7N706ETUGcGG_mlDny1ROYFnYC/s640/IMG_0294.CR2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQtPLM9_cNaA2jiVYTt8HODxm8TssAWhJaNZO4hG4dMX_7JHuE_hzGBhmtdutkF5MdREd5Fwk1e5EsboJsQwE_mRe_iZFn5xXtT2F-v8m6Fw8Hd5_FNXZlRK-wy0mraKMuvi8ryjQlNr9v/s1600/IMG_0297.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQtPLM9_cNaA2jiVYTt8HODxm8TssAWhJaNZO4hG4dMX_7JHuE_hzGBhmtdutkF5MdREd5Fwk1e5EsboJsQwE_mRe_iZFn5xXtT2F-v8m6Fw8Hd5_FNXZlRK-wy0mraKMuvi8ryjQlNr9v/s640/IMG_0297.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>How adorable are these lashes?! There are various styles that you can buy in this packaging. I bought "no. 3 Volume Up Eye". These cost just under £7 (including postage from Hong Kong) and you get 2 pairs, I've actually worn one pair so I'll pop up a post soon, if you want?<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiBcY_F23g9ZG79tfSC_5wxsjq1T0poRoT5AAi-rnBMMtdVZSBoF07vhMluEKO1Uo4NSgegT2F9PruJl8tZtOgls6JjC-DdivI-umXofYNYpM8TzwNBSUSFGQDfpWIUIl-ggQSDso17UC9G/s1600/IMG_0295.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiBcY_F23g9ZG79tfSC_5wxsjq1T0poRoT5AAi-rnBMMtdVZSBoF07vhMluEKO1Uo4NSgegT2F9PruJl8tZtOgls6JjC-DdivI-umXofYNYpM8TzwNBSUSFGQDfpWIUIl-ggQSDso17UC9G/s640/IMG_0295.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>I thought I should buy a Hello Kitty eyelash case to go with my new eyelashes! This is really cute and even comes with a little mirror inside. I previously used a Dollywink one but this has more space inside for lashes/glue. This also cost just under £7 including postage.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">I don't know why the packaging looks so grubby!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>Finally, the essential that I needed to repurchase! Since discovering Dollywink Eyelash Fix, I've not used another adhesive for fake eyelashes. This is <b>amazing</b>! I'll make a separate post about this soon as it's achieved HG status! This cost just over £10 including postage.<br />
<br />

I'm very pale, naturally and have quite rosy cheeks (euck) so it's not a colour I would have normally bought however it's actually a lot more flattering than I originally thought! It looks especially lovely when I'm wearing fake tan! </div><div>As for the little brush which is included, I hate it. I normally use my own brushes as I don't like using little ones but I gave it a go for the purpose of this review and it's horrible! The bristles are so scratchy and really irritated my skin! The mirror is a little pointless because it's so small however I'm sure it'll come in handy!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEih_1g8CdMSPyGsa4WpObRx-IDw9ap-LtxcmOWqzbwAYna7g__Au37h0zzwylvXcvRR5nEyH8J5xX0T5ZvWKNe9qJkt6AYNasxKbyB9bJTvrjUvqntbWRbuGRRHtkc4pFv0CqtUgp68rF3g/s1600/IMG_0321.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="568" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEih_1g8CdMSPyGsa4WpObRx-IDw9ap-LtxcmOWqzbwAYna7g__Au37h0zzwylvXcvRR5nEyH8J5xX0T5ZvWKNe9qJkt6AYNasxKbyB9bJTvrjUvqntbWRbuGRRHtkc4pFv0CqtUgp68rF3g/s640/IMG_0321.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div>There is a lot of glitter to this blush, so it's not for everyone however this isn't too obvious on the face, it translates to more of a shimmer.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEji0a1H9-zlenITpNJnkbVmplVlFC4mjIOS0-b7oSdz0Tk_8gTLx2YlJhp6qPlhI8RZu09Xf6ks5QPsmGY9vodHyVWesLMKZD15A2O-DyX0-NkuDdnZC0FBvHsdPK2a3F_PN9n3FmYpx5wn/s1600/IMG_0322.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEji0a1H9-zlenITpNJnkbVmplVlFC4mjIOS0-b7oSdz0Tk_8gTLx2YlJhp6qPlhI8RZu09Xf6ks5QPsmGY9vodHyVWesLMKZD15A2O-DyX0-NkuDdnZC0FBvHsdPK2a3F_PN9n3FmYpx5wn/s640/IMG_0322.jpg" width="514" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">One thing I noticed about these blushes is that few (if any, I didn't see a single one) are matte, I'd love to see some pretty matte shades being brought out.</div><div>The blush is £7.49 and available from <a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Bourjois-Little-Round-Pot-Blusher_1395/">Boots</a> and <a href="http://www.superdrug.com/browse/mu-face?ex=co_wizr-locayta&collate=ivtype&collate=brand&collate=price&collate=category&collate=pdxtpromotext&refine_sort_alph=brand&fieldcatrestrict=xancestorid&termtextcatrestrict=shop&typecatrestrict=exact&fieldrtype=type&termtextrtype=invt&typertype=exact&fieldpcatid=pcatid&typepcatid=exact&termorder=catrestrict%3Artype%3Apcatid&template=wz_locayta&pagenum=2&perpage=20&threshold=0&spellcorrect=1&datasource=superdrugen&setpagenum=1&termtextbrand=Bourjois&typebrand=exact&fieldbrand=brand">Superdrug</a>. I'm not going to lie, I've neglected highstreet/drugstore make up of late in favour of more expensive higher-end brands. Naughty I know!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1-IJFNCFpO91U1OJsbNB9EXNt-iduq_MVs7OJP_RLLjpQwnLSYGzAa-UVC-2umFsdjz7Ou33FzBFprRt5ODf-kQRWfbaVwz5zJQGGGx9HSyqYd9Dueb-poYYW45lcdzSV3cNbuBKtHiuD/s1600/IMG_0308.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="579" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1-IJFNCFpO91U1OJsbNB9EXNt-iduq_MVs7OJP_RLLjpQwnLSYGzAa-UVC-2umFsdjz7Ou33FzBFprRt5ODf-kQRWfbaVwz5zJQGGGx9HSyqYd9Dueb-poYYW45lcdzSV3cNbuBKtHiuD/s640/IMG_0308.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>I can honestly say I am so, so impressed with these products and will definitely be paying more attention to drugstore brands. I just wanted to give you a little sneak peak and these products (mostly because I'm ill and unsure if I can write coherently), I'll be doing a full review of each product soon.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgeTurpK8vSNDq_5c_tq9LQ5vQFVBQGr607E6osMmRo2Qi2joRWlONGDEakIcLd9n4r3tDVtmgXTz5u_l89fN_fWwr1sqemQLOhLc-gmIVjQlMJ9P4hfb5hsHGQGhqz4iuGS9aSI3Xw7ySM/s1600/IMG_0309.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgeTurpK8vSNDq_5c_tq9LQ5vQFVBQGr607E6osMmRo2Qi2joRWlONGDEakIcLd9n4r3tDVtmgXTz5u_l89fN_fWwr1sqemQLOhLc-gmIVjQlMJ9P4hfb5hsHGQGhqz4iuGS9aSI3Xw7ySM/s640/IMG_0309.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>I have the say, the whole reason for the haul was the eye shadow. After swatching it in Boots I completely fell in love and pined after it for a while before actually purchasing! It is so stunning, I can't wait to tell you all about it!Summer Lorenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01807502464606676675noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2832395021594202757.post-75587949582336352582012-01-03T13:53:00.000-08:002012-01-03T13:53:31.696-08:002011 FavouritesI'm sorry for my absence from the blogging world but things have been so hectic at the moment and I just haven't had the time, at all. Prepare yourself though, because this post is going to be a long one!<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Diorskin Nude Foundation (010), Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda Concealer Palette</td></tr>
</tbody></table>I think it was pretty obvious that these 2 products would feature in my best of 2011 post as I rave about both products again and again! I'm yet to do a post about the Sonia Kashuk concealer palette however if you're interested I'll have one up asap - I'm so sad to have hit pan on the peach toned concealer as this product is only available in the US :( As for the foundation, it's a favourite of mine and is perfect for my dry/sensitive skin. <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYEURB4HGc61aHe3kGfhhYFJ3X0wjDvFoy9N_afl1kzKtwvwMuMkE458cawtWF1g5eBhP-bTyyhIUG0HAeKpyjCEoCaIdjk4OgmI-n0CW-sZmOl4OOnGqogcXxELaD60dOp9SPZEl5F2NT/s1600/IMG_0344.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="468" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYEURB4HGc61aHe3kGfhhYFJ3X0wjDvFoy9N_afl1kzKtwvwMuMkE458cawtWF1g5eBhP-bTyyhIUG0HAeKpyjCEoCaIdjk4OgmI-n0CW-sZmOl4OOnGqogcXxELaD60dOp9SPZEl5F2NT/s640/IMG_0344.jpg" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Chanel Soleil Tan De Chanel</td></tr>
</tbody></table>Again, another obvious choice! I literally use this bronzer every single day, it's perfect for when I'm wearing fake tan but also wearable for every day use as it gives a lovely, sheer wash of colour which can be built upon.<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">(Clockwise from Left:) MAC "Melba" Blush, MAC L/E Mineralize Blush "Cheek & Cheerful", MAC Cream Colour Base "Pearl"</td></tr>
</tbody></table>I actually have a <b>ton</b> of cheek products which aren't MAC however my favourites of the year are definitely those pictured above. Melba is a gorgeous blush which flatters every skin tone and suits every make up look. Cheek & Cheerful is a colour I tend to use after fake tanning, as it's got a definite bronze-y finish. As for the Cream Colour Base in Pearl I've used this as a highlight almost every single day since purchasing it (not so long ago) it's a gorgeous, gorgeous highlight as I've (already!) hit pan on this product it looks as though I'll definitely be repurchasing in the near future!<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">(Clockwise from Left:) Chanel Les 4 Ombres "14 Mystic Eyes", Inglot Freedom Palette, Sleek Luminaire Concealer "L01"</td></tr>
</tbody></table>I love using the Chanel quad whilst on the go because it's a fool proof, nude, smoky eye look which is so pretty! I love how the 4 colours can be used to make a subtle neutral look too. As for my Inglot palette, I love it so much that it's the reason why I have neglected both my MAC and UD Naked palette! The shadows are so pigmented and high quality - something which I wasn't expecting from such a reasonably priced brand! I use the Sleek concealer under my eyes every single day, it's perfect for counter acting dark circles and leaving your eyes looking bright.<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">(Clockwise from Left:) Bobbi Brown Gel Liner, Dollywink Eyelash Adhesive, Dollywink Liquid Liner</td></tr>
</tbody></table>I'm actually in desperate need of repurchasing my gel liner, because it's getting so dried up (naughty I know)! I love this particular gel liner though as it doesn't fade and is a beautiful true black. As for the Dollywink adhesive, I am in love with this product! I am a huge(!!!) false eyelash fan and this is literally the best glue I've ever used, ever! The Dollywink felt tip liner is another fab product, a liquid liner with a nib which is a cross between a felt tip and a paint brush, it's so easy to control and unlike many liquid liners is a true, deep black!<br />

<div>MAC lipsticks have, on the whole been favourites for me throughout the year and MAC is definitely my go to brand if I'm looking for a new lipstick. The three pictured above (and below) are my absolute favourites of the year. I would also include the shade Creme Cup (a pretty nude pink) however I lost it whilst out which makes me very sad :(</div><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">(L-R) Vegas Volt, Shy Girl, Russian Red</td></tr>
</tbody></table>These 3 lipsticks are AMAZING!!! Vegas Volt, is just a beautiful colour - probably my all time favourite. Shy Girl is a gorgeous peachy almost nude colour which is extremely flattering and Russian Red is the most perfect red for me!</div><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Jill Stuart Fruity Lip Balm</td></tr>

I did however want to share with you what I wore last Friday night for a friends birthday, I loved my outfit, even though it was so simple.<br />

Too good to be true? I thought the same, usually when things retail at such a low price the P&P charges are extortionate. Again, not the case P&P charges start from standard 2nd class postage for FREE! The website: <a href="http://eyelashpalace.com/shop/">Eyelash Palace (link)</a> doesn't just sell false eyelashes it also sells a wide range of accessories, also at amazing prices!<div>I'm going to share with you my 2nd order from Eyelash Palace, that's right I loved my first order so much I went back again!</div><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

I have deleted various posts which I will repost in the duration of this week, mostly because recently when I've blogged I haven't really put much effort into it - mostly because I seem to have been posting more for the sake of it than actually wanting to sit down and blog. So, I apologise about that and should be back to blogging as normal!</i><br />
<i><br />
</i><br />
Recently, due to getting a little handy with the Piz Buen I've had to change my every day make up, yes I know it's winter but there's nothing wrong with being a little "sunkissed" all year round ;)<br />

Of course these are intended to be purchased as gifts but there's no rule against buying gifts for yourself! Whilst in a particularly self pitying and stropping mood on my break from work I passed the benefit counter (I say passed, I fully intended to go there but I like to justify presents to myself by claiming that it caught my eye or that it was the last one there...) and picked up this little beauty;<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgz_1fVlONMyXWcuslsbce8AhTT7HJ_CEyxlpzbAqZLBYreX4BUfG_6Zi-pCWmhH2CwD9NahvB9B6QgzGKFSpbG4euDNVJu5VJYrtFfG85STYSJEvYIeDTpLKoX1LzfGbRDBl_XqKmWcg0e/s1600/SAM_2007.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="582" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgz_1fVlONMyXWcuslsbce8AhTT7HJ_CEyxlpzbAqZLBYreX4BUfG_6Zi-pCWmhH2CwD9NahvB9B6QgzGKFSpbG4euDNVJu5VJYrtFfG85STYSJEvYIeDTpLKoX1LzfGbRDBl_XqKmWcg0e/s640/SAM_2007.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>I was pretty shocked at how teeny-tiny this is, but for £19.50 it's a bargain, it had caught my eye on <a href="http://www.asos.com/Women/">ASOS</a> but it wasn't until reading <a href="http://makeyuup.blogspot.com/2011/11/review-benefit-powda-wowza.html">Yu's post</a> that I decided it just <b>had</b> to be mine!<br />

A little note on the brush, some hate this others don't really mind it I personally don't like it as I find it leaves me looking a little stripy - however that could purely be down to lack of skill on my behalf.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I have wanted to try the much hyped Coralista blush for a long time and after having Balla Bamba applied (if you can use the word applied, I was basically attacked with it) at a benefit counter it's been on my "to buy" list for ages. I wasn't too fussed about Hoola, it's a product many love but I have my HG bronzer (<a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/07/im-in-love-with-chanel-soleil-tan-de.html">Chanel Bronze Universal</a>) I haven't really used Hoola as a bronzer just yet however as it's matte I've been using it as a contour shade and so far I like it, due to the tone however I think I'd have to use a light hand if using it as a bronzer as I am very pale.</div><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

</tbody></table>They're such gorgeous shades, I'm glad now that I didn't fork out the £23.50 for full sized versions of these products as although I'm only getting 3 grams in this set it's highly unlikely (at least with my ever growing blush collection - call me obsessed) that I'll use these up! <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOTDFRfVRGynTYHxg0z3MAeU79FikB3IDymhd7zwxqKn5T0XebDIDnrp42M8q9ZxZ_FwbGMxVHf9JPjpi_3bvXzZLc_88d5X_a2XBoXpUpC68BAaWqRS0JP7EAx4USeM051XT3jiF_t9qw/s1600/SAM_2032.JPG" imageanchor="1"><img border="0" height="592" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOTDFRfVRGynTYHxg0z3MAeU79FikB3IDymhd7zwxqKn5T0XebDIDnrp42M8q9ZxZ_FwbGMxVHf9JPjpi_3bvXzZLc_88d5X_a2XBoXpUpC68BAaWqRS0JP7EAx4USeM051XT3jiF_t9qw/s320/SAM_2032.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>The blush is a matte peach with a hint of pink, it's quite chalky and extremely pale. It's a buildable colour, by no means sheer however I think this blush would only be suitable for those with pale skin (I for example am NC15 and it gives me a subtle glow). This is definitely a natural glow-y blush, something which makes you look healthy and radiant rather than providing you with a stand-out look.<br />

</tbody></table>As you can see the blush translates a lot better on my face, the picture was taken with flash in order to try and give you a better idea of how it looks. I'm happy I bought this blush as it makes me look glow-y and healthy, something which isn't so easy when you're as pale as me! It's also the perfect blush for when you're doing a very stand out smokey eye or something similar as it's effect is extremely subtle. <div>This blush costs £20.50 however if you buy Nars cosmetics of ASOS you're eligible to 10% student discount with a valid NUS card.</div>Summer Lorenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01807502464606676675noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2832395021594202757.post-19512516098626775822011-11-16T06:23:00.000-08:002011-11-16T06:23:24.436-08:00Orly Mini's & NOTDI recently read a post in which "Rage" by Orly was featured and I completely fell in love. I googled it right away to see where I could get it and to my surprise I found it on <a href="http://www.cheapsmells.com/">Cheapsmells</a>! Admittedly I only found the mini 5.3 ml version but for £3.95 I couldn't pass it up!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjCoixEjJb6SM2_ptsDFlPVih0qJjChuGLJXdgOwZcA4u7fSKaeN5OxqSivWz9QKSYiMJJ0TKlykzJ4JX3vpN976iQuzON_WTbb_fvFwtYeU_-1iVZmbZh819wAsaQdacRmR7ZIWtoZhYV/s1600/SAM_2017.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="617" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjCoixEjJb6SM2_ptsDFlPVih0qJjChuGLJXdgOwZcA4u7fSKaeN5OxqSivWz9QKSYiMJJ0TKlykzJ4JX3vpN976iQuzON_WTbb_fvFwtYeU_-1iVZmbZh819wAsaQdacRmR7ZIWtoZhYV/s640/SAM_2017.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>I bought 2 polishes available "Rage" a beautiful rose gold (apparently a dupe for MAC's L/E Soiree nail lacquer) and "VIP" a gorgeous glittery pink. I did notice however that although both polishes were bought from the same site the packaging is slightly different, "Rage" contains 5.3ml whilst "VIP" contains 5.4ml of product. The symbols on the back are also different, this may be due to the polishes coming from a different batch.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhLBHWnnZJ9Lh_ImKMbBNom6CXvceRrqEYk3d0hrmLU3jcculwxcEMV_WifFvIcwJKltEki7mEu4MkF8U4H71_FW7HV9VY4PkrvIlMJjt42qF1rgUSHk9_QSWxhFB0fTs4S5gOUkB1YXQ9J/s1600/SAM_2026.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="622" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhLBHWnnZJ9Lh_ImKMbBNom6CXvceRrqEYk3d0hrmLU3jcculwxcEMV_WifFvIcwJKltEki7mEu4MkF8U4H71_FW7HV9VY4PkrvIlMJjt42qF1rgUSHk9_QSWxhFB0fTs4S5gOUkB1YXQ9J/s640/SAM_2026.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>I haven't used VIP yet, but judging by a quick swatch it seems more suitable as a top coat than a colour in itself. I have however been loving Rage and haven't taken it off since it arrived!<br />

I have to be extremely fussy when it comes to skincare, not through choice but because I have extremely sensitive skin and I can say, thank fully I have not experienced any sort of irritation when using these products.<br />
I was sent a Bath and Shower Creme and a Body butter from the range;<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhqn5pnPu5kQn4K6nNzOl5w1BY2ELHGXjff5kUKSthbzObxeJhpk16gSRaRQuihb3KCTrlBqqEYxAP7Z9FpkipajBu6nPTo4Aay3fXquXElDJe9cMb2UsviA_DlwS68kCVsjQI9LoAE9YDu/s1600/SAM_2000.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhqn5pnPu5kQn4K6nNzOl5w1BY2ELHGXjff5kUKSthbzObxeJhpk16gSRaRQuihb3KCTrlBqqEYxAP7Z9FpkipajBu6nPTo4Aay3fXquXElDJe9cMb2UsviA_DlwS68kCVsjQI9LoAE9YDu/s640/SAM_2000.JPG" width="526" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Both products contain Aloe and Di Palomo describe the products to be soothing because of this ingredient, I must say they do feel lovely on the skin. I love the smell of the products, they have a subtle grape smell which is not at all artificial, after using these products I feel like I smell clean, something which is hard to achieve with heavily perfumed products. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">The Bath and Shower creme is in itself extremely moisturising and feels lovely to use. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsJIYMWyMOUHmneTubGN5sGJs_CFJPgY0mkwOGyHDsdWlS9IgLKwK0UIx3gyBfSUEHUSKL8mYHu5x-KKXOmRv8EWfEnG_q4okUYJWPdk7o-zLbTfCBFgo7YsYpt3-nKHxN8S9qceTwoM3-/s1600/SAM_2002.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="303" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsJIYMWyMOUHmneTubGN5sGJs_CFJPgY0mkwOGyHDsdWlS9IgLKwK0UIx3gyBfSUEHUSKL8mYHu5x-KKXOmRv8EWfEnG_q4okUYJWPdk7o-zLbTfCBFgo7YsYpt3-nKHxN8S9qceTwoM3-/s400/SAM_2002.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJR4iKdn1QDVtfbXP_dgPuaxXuMYgqKeCj1kWYITtyxdNt2t7lRyrf1ElBmZMDeQicSHlg4Q6kFLT3WagF99_0Rx-KlgzVPUw28Qt7MXg-RaZZsnPrTiganPb_gfRIPBxIpM4TIyfWQy9q/s1600/SAM_2006.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJR4iKdn1QDVtfbXP_dgPuaxXuMYgqKeCj1kWYITtyxdNt2t7lRyrf1ElBmZMDeQicSHlg4Q6kFLT3WagF99_0Rx-KlgzVPUw28Qt7MXg-RaZZsnPrTiganPb_gfRIPBxIpM4TIyfWQy9q/s400/SAM_2006.JPG" width="380" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Hopefully the picture above illustrates the texture of the Body Butter, it's a hard texture that melts onto your skin through the heat of your hands, it's lovely and extremely moisturising and a little goes a long way. The only flaw is that it does take a little work to actually soften up the Body Butter on your skin however that can easily be solved by just working it into your hands a little before hand to warm it up slightly. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">The products are priced mid-range at £9 for the <a href="http://www.dipalomo.com/white-grape-with-aloe/white-grape-aloe-bath-shower-cream-1/">Bath and Shower Creme</a> (250ml) and £15 for the <a href="http://www.dipalomo.com/white-grape-with-aloe/white-grape-aloe-body-butter-1/">Body Butter</a> (200ml). As much as I like these products I'm sure that cheaper alternatives could be found so I'm not sure I'd repurchase both products. I'd be more tempted to repurchase the Bath and Shower Creme however as it does leave your skin feeling lovely in a way that many body washes don't. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkq9GbPdAB-HAAIi0cRf5MGvHg2vB1RkB9wP9qh1o62poZ29NlVIIM17lcLO4qpfNqbewYV4z9JqPYgVe4IosH92Lz0KNfv2yobg54FeJKjVu4TQU94up_ROiGH3RmcZUBe4Ljh3Guiff0/s1600/SAM_1999.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="327" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkq9GbPdAB-HAAIi0cRf5MGvHg2vB1RkB9wP9qh1o62poZ29NlVIIM17lcLO4qpfNqbewYV4z9JqPYgVe4IosH92Lz0KNfv2yobg54FeJKjVu4TQU94up_ROiGH3RmcZUBe4Ljh3Guiff0/s400/SAM_1999.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I also have to comment on how beautifully the products were packaged, you definitely get your money's worth in terms of luxury packaging and attention to detail.</div>Summer Lorenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01807502464606676675noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2832395021594202757.post-71222914075316457252011-11-08T06:45:00.000-08:002011-11-08T06:45:52.951-08:00A Beauty Blogger's DilemmaI like to buy pretty things, especially pretty limited edition make up items however after a conversation with a friend concerning one item in particular I have come to the conclusion that maybe I'm just wasting money...<br />

I featured this product in a haul a while back which you can read <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/09/i-may-have-purchased-prettiest-blusher.html">here</a>. Now don't get me wrong I'm not going to pretend that I am sensible with money because I am not, hours after getting paid my bank balance again be back to a comfortable 37p or so and I resign myself to being poor until I next get paid, this is my life I would change it but I like buying myself presents too much. The problem with this particular present to myself? It's too pretty to use!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwSSVlQBiREpqSHBN6hlrrvKgsI_4wAW9VOfXRiTWdhMp_28BlEJmrHrpjNXK72x85lGp0HLpcn7Ui0NEUgRRK-DDU1OoKkqdt9P6JJ559yyG27u9nVWokQf5Jx_eC5a993cgykV7uM46Z/s1600/SAM_1990.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="516" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwSSVlQBiREpqSHBN6hlrrvKgsI_4wAW9VOfXRiTWdhMp_28BlEJmrHrpjNXK72x85lGp0HLpcn7Ui0NEUgRRK-DDU1OoKkqdt9P6JJ559yyG27u9nVWokQf5Jx_eC5a993cgykV7uM46Z/s640/SAM_1990.JPG" width="640" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I'm all up for buying things that I don't necessarily <i>need</i> as I can justify such items by saying that I will use said items. </tbody></table>I wont talk too much about the two <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/search/label/Etude%20House">Etude House</a> products as I recently reviewed them so if you're interested you can read what I think of the <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/10/etude-house-precious-mineral-bb-cream.html">BB Cream here</a> and the <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/10/etude-house-precious-mineral-make-up.html">Make up Essence/Primer here</a>. I'm really loving using these two products together as it leaves my skin looking naturally flawless.<br />
I've been meaning to post about the Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda Concealer Palette since I received so expect a post soon! I love this, it includes three concealer shades (a light concealer for blemishes, a peach-toned concealer and a green-toned concealer) and a setting powder. I love the creaminess of these concealers, they're so easy to blend and offer great coverage.<br />
I use my Sleek Luminaire concealer under my eyes every single day, it's brilliant - under the eyes it gives the same effect of YSL Touche Eclat but is a fraction of the price, it conceals and illuminates under eye circles amazingly!<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Chanel Soleil Tan De Chanel, MAC L/E MSF "Crystal Pink", MAC Matte Blush "Melba"</td></tr>
</tbody></table>Since dying my hair brown I've been using my <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/07/im-in-love-with-chanel-soleil-tan-de.html">Soleil Tan De Chanel</a> every day to warm up my complexion so I don't look too washed out. It gives a lovely, subtle, sun kissed look which is very dewy and natural looking. Bronzers are quite hit and miss for me as I'm very pale but I feel like I can pile this stuff on and still not look like I've been tangoed! <div>I fell in love with the <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/07/mac-semi-precious-collection-msf.html">"Crystal Pink" MSF</a> when it was released with the semi-precious collection was released as it is extremely pretty however I didn't reach for it very often. I have since dug it out and started using it as a highlight over <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/07/im-in-love-with-chanel-soleil-tan-de.html">Soleil Tan de Chanel</a> as they make a very lovely pair!</div><div>Gosh I seem to be piling it on this month! My final cheek product is <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/search/label/MAC">MAC</a>'s Blush in the shade <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/09/my-new-love-mac-melba-blush.html">Melba</a> it's a lovely, natural colour which looks so pretty!<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Inglot Freedom Palette, Bourjois Volume Clubbing Mascara, Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner, Lancome Hypnose Doll Eyes Mascara.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>I was so excited when Inglot started shipping to the UK but as I had to rely on online swatches when choosing my shadows I was quite nervous about whether I'd actually like my palette (<a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/10/inglot-ships-to-uk-finally-my-freedom.html">click here if you would like to see swatches</a>). I was over the moon when it did arrive though, the colours are so gorgeous and I'm definitely going to order again! Oh and if you were wondering, I prefer my Inglot shadows to my <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/search/label/MAC">MAC</a> shadows, they are as good as everyone says!<br />
I've been using mascara quite a lot recently due to my excessive use of fake eyelashes resulting in gaps in my real eyelashes :( I'm not really one for subtle lashes, I like them big so I've been pairing <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/08/revisiting-old-favourite.html">Bourjois Volume Clubbing mascara</a> and <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/09/will-lancome-help-me-achieve-doll-eyes.html">Lancome Hypnose Doll Eyes mascara</a> surprisingly I love the effect they have on my lashes as you'd think they'd just end up in a big clumpy mess!<br />
I've also been using my Dolly wink liquid liner quite a lot as it's so quick and fuss free! It's such a deep black and you get a lovely precise line.<br />

You might recognise this from a haul I posted quite a while back, you can read that <a href="http://slhxbeauty.blogspot.com/search/label/Paul%20and%20Joe">here</a> if you're interested. The Paul and Joe Beaute range is so pretty, I think that's the appeal of it most of the time. Although I love the packaging I don't like that it's cardboard as opposed to the standard plastic lipstick bullet, it's gorgeous but just seems like it would get scuffed and battered easily.<br />
On to the actual product!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4NP-rV7HZwTqenrPTXoJwTRcn1KoVwfIR3UveGn9skeosHgVfdr1pXLKC8m2ASK59vPfb03cCvAOZd1u5J1dmBKDAOpbtSuDbn4VHLJp4vtu-7OrUir_kY4r0uClZU8EU75s7pvsvS7rN/s1600/SAM_1882.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4NP-rV7HZwTqenrPTXoJwTRcn1KoVwfIR3UveGn9skeosHgVfdr1pXLKC8m2ASK59vPfb03cCvAOZd1u5J1dmBKDAOpbtSuDbn4VHLJp4vtu-7OrUir_kY4r0uClZU8EU75s7pvsvS7rN/s640/SAM_1882.JPG" width="630" /></a></div>It's so lovely, isn't it? I bought the shade 073 Uptown Girl as it looked the most wearable of the three shades available, I often go for safer, foolproof shades when shopping online as there I have no access to a Paul and Joe counter.<br />
The colour is a lovely peachy-pink very pretty and very wearable.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgOLfRd2jMtyrx8D7wiBK3eWw8BaFu0vqzACRNC2v2tlaSlWH9YmIz9PMnAfVyN_q_P5_d1VpCnXSfIz34HkSPs-5ONEPp3m3s8hFKGGeo9d5AcHdiS8vO1OGtznRiepGiKjlos6YEIAWPm/s1600/SAM_1885.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="494" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgOLfRd2jMtyrx8D7wiBK3eWw8BaFu0vqzACRNC2v2tlaSlWH9YmIz9PMnAfVyN_q_P5_d1VpCnXSfIz34HkSPs-5ONEPp3m3s8hFKGGeo9d5AcHdiS8vO1OGtznRiepGiKjlos6YEIAWPm/s640/SAM_1885.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>The finish is lovely, similar to my favourite MAC lipstick formula "cremesheen" it's slightly glossy but extremely pigmented, this lipstick is extremely hydrating, it feels lovely on. It has quite a subtle scent, it smells like sweets which I know wont appeal to all however it isn't over powering and there is no flavour to it.<br />

I don't tend to reach for this often as I'm scared of just popping it into my bag in case it gets ruined but the colour is lovely. I think I'm going to start using this a lot more than I already do, I forget how much I like it until I put it on!<br />

I do occasionally however get a little handy with nail stickers, the ones used in this look were £2.99 (£2.49 before VAT) from <a href="http://www.sallyexpress.com/">Sally's</a>.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZoVfy3f1c3yMR3bWHjegvnUkoSTPhNWNUQmS0RngaHWKAu3rZAWvjm4o8riZvPPonBJH35w-nd3cnhMu2qkucfDZ50kdkpdGlyGvkwWze22y8-HRHA7JXPIbcdiU6BFR-c_1lYdkX4b2u/s1600/SAM_1864.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZoVfy3f1c3yMR3bWHjegvnUkoSTPhNWNUQmS0RngaHWKAu3rZAWvjm4o8riZvPPonBJH35w-nd3cnhMu2qkucfDZ50kdkpdGlyGvkwWze22y8-HRHA7JXPIbcdiU6BFR-c_1lYdkX4b2u/s640/SAM_1864.JPG" width="470" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Sorry about the slightly messy application, this isn't obvious off camera.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>The stickers are so easy to use, you simply apply on top of dry nail polish and then once applied to the nail you apply a top coat. <b>Simple!</b> <div>It's such a cute and pretty look created with such little effort, I am slowly building up a little collection of nail stickers so that I can alternate looks. </div>Summer Lorenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01807502464606676675noreply@blogger.com5
